Use odltools to collect raw model dumps in CSIT tests

    Description

      Currently datastore dumps are collected in CSIT via robot keywords that do restconf calls to get all data for a list of model uris. odltools can be used instead and then odltools will also have the data needed to drive the rest of the odltools functions.
