1M character log line from NetconfTopoDataChangeListener makes log file hard to use

    Description

      according to my editor, the log line is 1113165 characters in length. Is this
      neccessary? It's very hard to scroll and debug other issues when this message
      is there. (single line is attached)

      this was seen when loading these features:
      odl-integration-compatible-with-all,odl-vtn-manager-rest,odl-vtn-manager-neutron

      using RC2.1 Beryllium distribution
