Statistics collection should be turned on by default

      It is important to collect statistics to debug possible problems in openflowjava.
      The best way how to do so is to enable statistics collection in main openflowjava feature (odl-openflowjava-protocol).

      The statistics should be accessible via MBeans, and logging should be turned off by default.
