    Description

      If a project has dependency on OFjava and the project wants to have junit tests extending AbstractDataBrokerTest, this exception is thrown:
      Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Resource '/META-INF/yang/openflow-instruction.yang' is missing
      at org.opendaylight.yang.gen.v1.urn.opendaylight.openflow.common.instruction.rev130731.$YangModuleInfoImpl.<init>($YangModuleInfoImpl.java:31)
