Description
Currently OpenflowPluginDiagStatusProvider checks the 6653 port status with localhost. But user might start the ip in some environment and wants to check the status of the port using ip instead of local host.
If IP address provided in xml file, take that ip and open the socket on 6653. If not connect with localhost.
