Have Typed ErrorNotification for different Error notifications from switch

    Description

      Currently all errors received from the switch, are mapped to a single type NodeErrorNotification , regardless of the type and code.

      It would be helpful for SAL and services to have the different types of error messages mapped via specific class generalized via NodeError.

      Would also help in giving useful log messages and in debugging issues in production.
