Missing connectors first time we bring mininet OF13

    Description

      Easy to reproduce:

      • start controller -of13 option
      • start mininet OF13: sudo mn --controller 'remote,ip=127.0.0.1,port=6633' --topo tree,2 --switch ovsk,protocols=OpenFlow13
      • Some Switch connectors (can change every run) are missing from inventory, topology, etc...

      If I restart mininet without restarting controller connectors become good.
