Description

POM Restructuring for reliable weekly automated releases
This bug will cover
1. removing hard coded versions from POM files, add dependencies to dependency management section instead in the parent pom
2. add odlrootparent as parent of the openflowplugin-parent, leverage 3rd party properties and dependency management from odlrootparent
