Description

Currently we have PortNumber (CommonPort.PortNumber) being created by OpenflowPlugin for each PortStatus notification.

From the sal end, it should be modeled as NodeConnectors/URIs

We should get rid of PortNumber from md-sal model.

This would result in consistent and cleaner design.
