ipv6 addresses containing zeros in input flow should be handled in operational flows

Ipv6 addresses if they have 0 in octets ,say 0000:0000:0000 is rounded to :: . But this is failing in comparison logic and both are treated differently and the flow is shown as unmatched flow.
