    Description

      When flows are programmed into the network, the flow statistics do not give the right number of flows. Moreover, the number of reported flow constantly changes, although the number flows in the network remains the same.

      To reproduce:

      • Attach mininet with 16 nodes
      • Program 5000 flows into the network
      • Repeatedly read flow statistics
