Helium lldp-speaker keep sending LLDP packets to removed ports

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Start mininet any topology
      • Remove switch port with sudo ovs-vsctl del-port s1 s1-eth1 for example
      • Topology and Inventory update good
      • Capture OF packet_out with wireshark. You still see LLDP mesages to s1 port 1.

      This seems to work in master.
