Set log levels on all log statements to appropriate level

Updates required (per received recommendations):
[1] For files residing in OTHER than “test-provider” and “test-scripts” directory

• All logs containing words like “Packet-in/out” “node connector updated” and “handshake/disconnecting” should be moved to “trace”
• Other logs should be moved to “debug”.

[2] For files present in “test-provider” and “test_scripts” directory

• Ensure there are no Sys.out in “test-provider” and “test_scripts” directory
