When the ovs2.4.0 is connected to the Openflowplugin, read /write of node-connector in the operational datastore fails with the exception

The exception is seen only for any one of the node-connectors available in the switch.
But the rest output of the node-connector with its flowcapable augmentation information is available in the inventory-nodes.
