Li:Clustering: Stale txEntity verify failure does not clean the roleContext

When a device disconnects and reconnects, if the txEntity candidate is not unregistered, it throws a verify exception.

But after that the devcie is never able to make a successfull connection again.

The reason is that a roleContext gets created before the verify which does not cleaned up
