Switch stability using OVS 2.5 + 120 switches using He Plugin

Hi,

I was testing the switch stability using OVS 2.5 and connecting 120 switches across the cluster(40 per controller) using latest Be Code with He Plugin.

I could see constant flapping of the switch count.Switches are getting connected and disconnected.

Karaf distro from latest ODL stable Beryllium code

Objective of test :
===================
To validate the switch stability using OVS 2.5

Configuration and topology:
===========================

i.Controllers (c1, c2 and c3) VMs are running in Dell machine say h1, each VM has 8 vcpu and 16g RAM configuration

ii. Mininet (m1, m2 and m3) VMs with ovs version 2.3.2 are running in different Dell machine say h2, each VM has 8 vcpu and 16g RAM configuration.

m1 with 40 switches (1 to 41) connected to c1
m2 with 40 switches (41 - 81) connected to c2
m3 with 40 switches (81 - 121) connected to c3

3.Disconnection is observed in all the 3 controller as soon as we connect the switches to the controller.

Test Steps :
============
1. Bring up healthy 3 node cluster.
2. Connect 120 switches across the cluster ( 40 per controller node) using mininet having OVS 2.5.

Observations
============
I could see that switches are getting flapped.
