    Description

      OVSDB Southbound plugin is not updating bridge external_ids. This behavior was originally noticed for this unmerged integration test:
      https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/19947/

      The behavior was further verified by creating a Bridge through Postman, modifying the external_ids, then re-putting the bridge. The changes were not cascaded to the OVS instance.
