Inconsistent behaviour for sudo ovs-vsctl show

I could see inconsistent behaviour for the command sudo ovs-vsctl show output in csit test logs.

This issue has been reported earlier with bug id 3974, which says the issue is fixed in lithium 0.3.0. but i could see this issue still in latest distribution "distribution-karaf-0.4.0-20160204.135127-3890.zip"

Output for "sudo ovs-vsctl show" works as expected in below Sandbox logs:
