ping between hosts not working with OF10/OF13 mininet

Hello,

I could see that ping h1 to h4 is not working with OVSDB plugin. This is applicable for both the plugins OF10/OF13.

Error: mininet> ' does not contain '64 bytes'

Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Start the controller using ./run.sh -of13 option
2. Bring up the mininet: sudo mn --controller=remote,ip=10.125.136.52 --topo tree,2 --switch ovsk,protocols=OpenFlow13
3. Check the ping: h1 ping h4
