Description

Since odl-openflowplugin-flow-services is not added to the odl-ovsdb-openstack feature, it expects a manual installation of openflowplugin flow services and hence the flow programming fails in karaf.

Manually installing odl-openflowplugin-flow-services helps the flow-programming.
