    Description

      Mutlimedia Transaction Identifier does not change.

      On each start of the ODL PacketCable plugin instance, it appears that a single MM Transaction ID is set and it NEVER changes.

      When 2 requests are sent in quick succession, the transaction ID does NOT change even though the first transaction has not completed (which is incorrect per spec).
