    Description

      Migrate project images from using Ubuntu 14.04 to 16.04 in releng/builder. Presently, netconf and GBP is still on Ubuntu14.04 images. We are getting closer to Ubuntu 14.04 EOL, therefore move any existing jobs to atleast 16.04.
