Allow for "release" maven sites in nexus

      It would be good to have a way to create a site that is the content as published on the last run "release" job on a branch rather than just the HEAD of the branch.

      For example, it would be good if changes to the API docs for Boron-SR1 weren't live until it was released just in case there were changes.
