Cant output to a port if its the same as the inport

    Description

      Its common in OPNFV for the packets to be sent to an outport number that is the same as the inport number. According to the Openflow specs, output should be set to INPORT, else the packet will be dropped. This doesnt happen currently, so packets are being dropped.
