    Description

      Honeycomb and VPP have some changes to support plugin infrastructure, so ODL SFC VPP renderer has to adapt to these changes in order that it can work correctly.

      Honeycomb and VPP were not ready for integration test when SFC VPP renderer was merged.

      This bug is blocking issue, it can't work if it isn't fixed.
