Deleting an RSP doesnt delete the associated SFF flows

    Description

      If an RSP is deleted, the associated flows are not deleted from the SFF.

      Also, the way the flow deletion works now, when an SFF is deleted that is used by an RSP, the sfcofl2 crashes.
