SFC agent - SF - dst port settings

    Description

      SFC agent is using same port for receiving and sending packets, but OVS is using different ports for this.

      Problem is telling the SF where it should send the packet to. If there is hardcoded port 6633 (in SFC agent), we have to set every SFF to listen on this port.

      Now this hardcoded option is disabled and "SFF (SFC agent) <> SF (SFC agent)" is working correctly but "SFF (OVS) <> SF (SFC agent)" is not.
