    Description

      If unidirectional connection is used and router sxp-protocol or connection is restarted during run (disable/enable or remove/add on device), Listener part see OPEN,UPDATE, but no KEEPALIVE messages. (Result: connection fluctuation, e.g. after 2 hours and 47 sec.)
