Description

Sometimes a weird log message appears - not influence on protocol functionality

WARN [R0:0.0.0.128][10.24.66.10:63506/172.20.161.50:64999][O|Sv4] Connection keepalive timer start | IllegalStateException | [done='false'] timer task already started

So some process is trying to start already keepalive running timer
