mdsal-simple-archetype: Consider naming parent pom <artifactId>-parent

If I provide artifactId foo, the parent pom has artifactId foo.

That may be the right thing, but there is a common practice to call it
foo-parent.

I'm not saying we should change it... I'm just saying we should think about it
