Make the MD-SAL Simple App Archetype available in the public repo

The intent of the archetype is to make it easy for new developers to get started with MD-SAL. Having to download and build the toolkit archetype manually defeats that purpose.

This bug should be used to make the archetype build automatically so developers can use it without downloading the toolkit project.
