Milestone: Aggregation & Filtering

Filtering and Aggregation work as a separate functionality. When someone wants to perform aggregation on some filtered view, he needs to create separate topology containing filtered view and then he needs to create aggregated topology.

This is both computation and memory complex, so topoprocessing should allow some optimization in form of simultaneous filtration & aggregation.
