Specific number type of filtration does not work

Desired nodes with specific number value are not present in overlay topology. Overlay topology is created but includes only topology-id element. No nodes are present in overlay topology. This filtration does not work properly regardless of what types are input and output model set to (even if input model of underlay topology and output model of overlay topology are set to network-topology model, which works with other types of filtration).
