Aggregation of network topology and openflow topology does not work

When aggregating nodes or links of two topologies - one of network topology model and the other of inventory model - created overlay topology doesn't contain any required aggregated nodes or links. Every node/link of both underlay topologies is present in overlay topology but no links or nodes were aggregated.
