    Description

      Topology and Portmapping are currently built separately. This means equipment are accessed several time, which is not optimized, and that this can lead to discrepencies between the topology and the portmapping. The consolidation shall result in an optimization and avoid these kind of discrepancies. Shall try to solve bug TRNSPRTPCE-22 & TRNSPRTPCE-5 at the same time.
