Available Wavelegth Info in GUI

As an end user,
I want to see available wavelengthes for a specific device/node
In order to be able to access device information easily

• avilable wavelengthes for a devices can be big , so they should be repsented upon request not by default.
• the representation shall allow both fixed grid (index (int)) and flexgrid (index (uint) frequency, width) representation
