Description

Create a multi-layer TAPI topo that from OpenROADM otn-topology layer exposes the Ethernet, LOODU + HOODU and OTU layers.
For each muxponder one node will be created in each of the layers. For switchponders one node will be created for one domain that provides an any to any connectivity.
