      Complete SWponder Xml config with OTU4 interfaces (1 to check creation of ODU4 + 1 supporting an ODU4) and one ODU4 interface.
      Add lldp (to be verified) info in protocol container to provide information on the neighbouring so that we can check OTN link topology building
