    Description

When removing a ROADM node from topology-netconf, all associated degree and SRG nodes as well as express- and add/drop-links are removed from the openroadm-topology. However, external ROADM-to-ROADM links originating from this node still persist. Is there a reason for this?

EDIT: I see that this has been discussed before. However, the link persistence creates problems when calling calculate-spanloss-base with "src-type": "all" since the operation crashes (similar to TRNSPRTPCE-172) when trying to calculate spanloss for a link with a missing node.
