OTN Topo-PortMapping Consolidation

Consolidation of the OTN portMapping and topology building according to the same approach used for TRNSPRTPCE-109 (consolidation performed in Sprint10) :
_Reduce the number of access to the device
_Have an absolute reference which avoids mislalignement between topo and portmapping
_Including the handling of several supporting nodes
_Including corrections on node types at the different layers

Evaluation indicators:

• code published on master branch , not necessarily merged
• build + Junit OK, no new warnings, functional tests passed
