Adapt SH-Renderer API code to handle OTN

Adapt Service Handler to handle both WDM demand and OTN Demand.
_For OTN,SH will rely on the new otn-service-path-rpc introduced by AT&T, so that the arguments passed by the PCE to SH (path-description) to handle OTN can be forwarded to the OTN Renderer (trib-ports, trib-slots...)

Evaluation indicators:

• code published on master branch , not necessarily merged,
• Number of Spotbugs issues for SH and Renderer has not increased.
