Description

PCE splits ODU4 creation from OCh and OTU4 creation. Rendering function must be aligned with this way to proceed in accordance with the use case defined for OTN.

Evaluation indicators: code pushed on master branch, not necessarily merged, build + Junit OK, functests passed. Number of Spotbugs issues for Renderer has not increased.
