Split and push Nokia contribution

Split the contribution provided in change 90519 into separate changes (one main functionality per change) respecting the description provided in the commit message :
1) - Implementation of DeviceListener in network model module to process NETCONF notifications
2) - OpenROADM topology updated based on the impact of the NETCONF notification
3) - Topology Change Notification yang model to send notifications from network model module to service handler module
4) - Implementation of Topology listener in service handler module to receive topology change notifications
5) - Update of PCE module to take into account the state of the OpenROADM topology elements when building the path description
6) - Service handler topology listener will update the state of services already created based on the current state of the OpenROADM topology
7) - Integration of kafka broker which will be used for sending service notifications through the northbound API of transportpce
8) - Integration of MongoDB for storing tapi-related information
9) - Implementation of tapi context: tapi topology service and tapi connectivity service v1.0
10) - Fixes to honeycomb duplication bug and integrated support for circuit pack type updates (on gitlab.com device_1_2_1 branch https://gitlab.com/Orange-OpenSource/lfn/odl/honeynode-simulator/-/tree/device_1_2_1
