package ietf-network 2015-06-08 draft models

    Description

      due to the rfc8345 ietf-network migration in Fluorine, openroadm imports of 2015-06-08 ietf-network-* models are no more available so the project fails to build until those obsolete draft models are repackaged inside tpce.

      POM configuration and code should be modified accordingly to avoid collisions with RFC8345 direct and indirect poms dependencies
