    Description

      because of  mdsal change 89040 https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/c/mdsal/+/89040

      Karaf hangs at start-up because org.opendaylight.mdsal.binding.dom.codec.impl cannot be wired

      This pacakge is used in common and PCE modules and must be migrated
