createOtsOms() method in DeviceRendererServiceImpl output is missing the success property

    Description

      In the createOtsOms() method in DeviceRendererServiceImpl class always return CreateOtsOmsOutput object only containing the result as a string with success boolean property always null, and without catching the exception.
