clean YANG files in API and others models modules.

pyang reports some errors on the current models we are using such as unused imports.
But some filenames are inconsistent too with their prefix/namespace (transportpce-renderer-device/transportpce-device-renderer and transportpce-network-topology/transportpce-topology for example)
