Description

Consolidate T-API topology export so that when we export the otn-topology, the OTSI eNEPs that are good candidate (connected to ROADMs through fibers) also appears in the Photonic Media layer, possibly with the links associated with wavelengths if it adds value.
This includes Unitary and functionnal tests

Acceptation criteria : Code & associated Junit/func test build and run and are available for review.
