    Description

      For the purpose of the MDONS demo, the state of the nodes, links and tp (administrative + operational) of OpenROADM topology must be considered and added to the T-API abstracted topology we export.

      Acceptance criteria : the code does not bring regression. Associated Junit tests (and functionnal if it makes sense) tests are provided
