Impossible to create a service when it has already been created and deleted before

When we create a 100GE service between 2 xponders, and then we delete it, Network port of XPDR contains an empty Wavelength resource on its TP. Since PCE test the presence or absence of Wavelength resource, it's preferable to remove it when we delete the service.
